Business Intelligence Manager

As a Business Intelligence Manager at CryptoMize, you run the BI function behind the practice's strategic decisions. You lead a senior analysis team, own the firm's research on industry, competitors and customers, and prepare the reports that guide leadership. Your work translates long-term strategy into tactical delivery, and the practice plans around your forecasts.

What you'll do

• Run the BI function across the practice's engagements: team, standards and roadmap
• Direct research on industry, competitors and customers that inform leadership decisions
• Own the report estate covering market trends, competitor analysis and customer behavior, curated and not accumulated
• Supervise market research and analysis teams, developing business plans from their findings
• Translate long-term strategy into tactical BI delivery, driving both simultaneously
• Chair the review cadence where the practice's numbers are defended to principals, internal teams and clients
• Develop policies and procedures for data collection and analysis that ensure integrity across the function

What you bring

• Demonstrated team leadership of analysts and BI developers
• Expertise in market, competitor and customer research direction
• Proven ability to own and curate a report estate at scale
• Fluency translating strategy into tactical execution in both directions
• Business analysis skills at the executive level
• Proficiency with BI platforms at administrator depth (Power BI or Tableau-class tools)
• Warehouse SQL and data modeling experience
• Skill in executive presentation of findings to stakeholders across practice leadership
• Ability to prioritize under competing engagement demands
• Discretion with client data and compliance with NDA-grade confidentiality
