Business Marketing Lead

As a Business Marketing Lead at the Monad Foundation, you will own co-marketing and collaborative go-to-market efforts with key integrations and deployments on the Monad blockchain, a performant and parallel EVM Layer 1. You'll translate the rapid growth of established crypto companies, financial institutions, fintechs, and technology companies building on Monad into compelling stories that showcase why businesses choose the network and the possibilities it opens.

What you'll do

• Be embedded within the GTM business and content teams to understand pipeline context, priorities, and opportunities for co-marketing amplification
• Maintain a clear view of upcoming launches, evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on expected impact, determine where marketing can create the most value, and translate those decisions into clear strategies
• Develop and own joint marketing campaigns, identify key narratives, create social activations, write case studies and blogs, and own other programs that turn deployments into broader proof of Monad's adoption, capabilities, and momentum
• Drive campaigns from start to finish, including managing timelines and execution across asset development and deliverables, legal and compliance reviews, launch sequencing, and follow-through across stakeholders
• Own campaign outcomes by defining upfront objectives and success metrics, tracking performance and results, and leveraging learnings for go-forward programs

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in business marketing, partner marketing, or a related role, ideally within crypto, financial services, or enterprise technology
• A strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem and the ability to work credibly with both crypto-native companies and traditional businesses
• Ownership of integrated or joint GTM campaigns involving external organizations, from initial planning through launch and measurement
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex integrations or business relationships, identify the strongest market-facing story, and turn that into clear content for sophisticated audiences
• Strong judgment, excellent organizational skills, and comfort running many concurrent workstreams
• High agency and self-direction, with intelligent use of AI and automation to move work forward without significant oversight

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DeFi, payments, stablecoins, tokenization, and financial infrastructure
