Business Risk Manager (Crypto)

As a Business Risk Manager at Revolut, you sit within the first line of defence and advise on crypto matters. You develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and help take risk management procedures to the next level across the crypto infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Apply Revolut's risk management framework to crypto infrastructure
• Identify, assess, document, and review risks
• Independently test controls
• Develop risk management procedures
• Design key risk indicators and monitor them against limits
• Register and manage risk incidents, and deliver relevant reports
• Prepare management information related to risk exposures
• Implement business continuity requirements

What you bring

• 1+ years of experience in risk management within financial services or technology
• Expertise in risk identification, monitoring, and controls, including implementation and testing
• A solid track record of achievement in a business environment and/or at an academic level
• The ability to quickly assume responsibilities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• An organised and methodological approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills
