Call Center Agent

As a Sales Executive at Victory Line Introduction Financial Services, you join our cryptocurrency sales team to identify potential clients, build strong relationships, explain crypto-related products and services, and achieve sales targets.

What you'll do

• Generate new leads through outbound calls
• Contact potential clients and understand their requirements
• Present and explain cryptocurrency products and services clearly and professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers
• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Stay updated on cryptocurrency market developments and company offerings
• Work closely with the sales and customer-support teams to ensure a positive client experience
• Follow all company policies and applicable laws and regulations when communicating with clients

What you bring

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, business development, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• A basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Good English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in cryptocurrency or financial services
• Additional languages beyond English
