
As a Channel Partnerships Manager at Reap, you help accelerate growth across Card Issuance (CaaS), Connect (Payments Infrastructure), and Direct (SME) business lines by developing and managing partnerships with key ecosystem players such as PSPs, processors, fintech infrastructure providers, Web3 platforms, and regional system integrators. You work closely with Sales, BizOps, Product, and Marketing to identify, onboard, and activate high-impact partners who can help Reap reach new customer segments and markets efficiently.
What you'll do
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential channel partners across fintech, Web3, and payments ecosystems to accelerate market penetration
- Own the partner lifecycle end-to-end: from outreach and negotiation to onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing campaigns, and revenue-sharing models that align with Reap's business goals
- Build strong working relationships with external stakeholders, including executives, business development teams, and product leaders at partner organizations
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to integrate partner capabilities into Reap's offerings and ensure smooth operational handoffs
- Monitor partner performance using data-driven insights to identify what's working, what's not, and how to improve efficiency
- Stay ahead of market and regulatory developments in the payments and crypto-fintech space to identify new partnership opportunities
What you bring
- 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, ideally within fintech, payments, or SaaS
- A strong understanding of financial technology, stablecoins, and B2B product distribution models
- Proven ability to structure and close complex partnership deals that drive measurable impact
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking that connects ecosystem players to Reap's go-to-market priorities
- An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable operating with autonomy, ambiguity, and a growth mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience working in or with Web3 companies or PSPs
- Exposure to international markets such as LATAM, Africa, or Southeast Asia
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and performance tracking dashboards
- An existing network across fintech, banking, and payments
