Channel Sales Manager

CryptoNext Security is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to build and execute its indirect commercial strategy from the ground up. As a European pioneer in post-quantum cryptography founded in 2019 as a spin-off from Inria, CNRS and Sorbonne University, CryptoNext is scaling from direct sales into partner-driven growth at a critical moment: service providers are building their post-quantum offers now, and the partner relationships formed this year will shape the market. You will report to the CEO and define how CryptoNext reaches international markets through service providers, hyperscalers and technology alliances.

What you'll do

• Define and execute channel strategy across service providers, hyperscalers and technology alliances
• Design the partner programme from scratch, including tiers, commercial terms and deal registration
• Recruit partners through prospecting, selection and onboarding
• Discover, qualify and build initial opportunities alongside partners
• Manage and enable long-term partner relationships over time
• Represent CryptoNext at industry events and conferences
• Own indirect forecasting, reporting and disciplined use of CRM and sales tools

What you bring

• 5+ years in B2B technology sales, including hands-on experience building a partnership from zero with major global partners
• A track record in complex, long-cycle sales within cybersecurity, infrastructure or infrastructure software
• Ability to thrive in an environment where processes do not yet exist, and credibility to hold technical conversations with demanding buyers
• Fluency with modern sales tools to accelerate lead generation, presentations and complex RFP responses
• Fluent French and English

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cybersecurity, cryptography or PKI
