Chartered Accountant

As a Chartered Accountant at CryptoMize, you are the professional spine of a multi-country practice operating across consulting, platform and campaign billing. You provide guidance, audit accounts, and supply accurate financial data to leadership. Based at the New Delhi HQ, you lead the accounting team and ensure the practice's audits, taxation, and reporting meet professional standards without exception.

What you'll do

• Oversee the accounting team's responsibilities, review standards and professional development
• Set up and maintain accounting procedures and systems the function operates on
• Reconcile financial statements and own the integrity of what they communicate
• Prepare monthly financial reports and budget analyses that leadership relies on
• Control the general register's master data
• Examine and approve online banking transactions
• Ensure conformity with state revenue service requirements: filings, records and audit trails

What you bring

• A Chartered Accountant qualification
• Audit and assurance expertise to professional standard
• Knowledge of taxation (direct and indirect), filings and planning
• Financial reporting and statement reconciliation capability
• Experience designing accounting systems and procedures
• Master-data control and governance
• Transaction approval with fraud detection capability
• Regulatory compliance management
• Budgeting and expense analysis
• Team oversight and review discipline
• Forensic accounting fundamentals for irregularities
• Proficiency with Tally Prime or Zoho Books-class accounting stacks
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling
• Familiarity with GST and income-tax filing portals
• Confidentiality with financial data (non-negotiable)
