Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer at HOLODAO, you develop and execute the organization's marketing strategy, brand positioning, and annual marketing plans. You lead both online and offline growth initiatives across social media, content marketing, search marketing, community engagement, and events, while building relationships with media, communities, business organizations, and channel partners.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute HOLODAO's marketing strategy, brand positioning, and annual marketing plans
• Lead online and offline growth initiatives, including social media, content marketing, search marketing, community engagement, and events
• Plan and deliver brand campaigns, marketing events, and promotional materials while maintaining consistent messaging
• Build and manage relationships with media, communities, business organizations, and channel partners
• Work with business teams to support the growth of users, partners, buyers, and suppliers
• Lead the marketing team, set goals and budgets, and track campaign performance
• Analyze user growth, conversion, repeat purchases, and market feedback to improve marketing results
• Collaborate with the CEO and other departments to advance company priorities

What you bring

• Experience in marketing, brand management, or business development
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, content planning, and event promotion
• Strong planning, project management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication, partnership-building, and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivation and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
