- Develop strong leaders and build blockchain knowledge across operational teams
- Turn strategic priorities into clear projects and measurable business results
What you bring
- Senior operations leadership experience in a blockchain-native, crypto-product, or digital-assets company
- Strong practical knowledge of blockchain products, infrastructure, and transaction flows
- Experience managing several teams, ideally with a total scope of 50+ people
- Proven ability to improve efficiency, execution, and business performance
- Experience leading projects across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams
- Experience in fintech
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and strong leadership capabilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions
