Chief Operating Officer

What you bring

• Senior operating, strategy, or leadership experience
• A strong background in crypto, DeFi, fintech, or technology
• Previous experience as a COO, VP Operations, Chief of Staff, or similar senior role
• A strong understanding of decentralized organizations and blockchain ecosystems
• Proven ability to turn strategy into execution in a fast-moving environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to operate with significant autonomy and ambiguity
