Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI & Blockchain Financial Infrastructure

As Chief Technology Officer at Singular, you lead the technical strategy and architecture for AI-powered financial platforms and blockchain infrastructure. You oversee R&D across smart contracts, decentralized exchanges, AI-driven trading systems, and institutional-grade financial infrastructure that bridges traditional capital markets with blockchain networks.

What you'll do

• Lead the technical architecture and R&D roadmap for AI-powered financial platforms and blockchain infrastructure
• Design scalable systems supporting tokenized assets, decentralized trading, and digital asset settlement
• Oversee R&D involving smart contracts, decentralized exchanges, and tokenization protocols
• Develop infrastructure for on-chain derivatives, including perpetual futures, options, and liquidity management
• Lead the development of AI-driven investment intelligence and autonomous trading agents
• Research machine learning applications for financial market analysis, risk management, and predictive analytics
• Architect secure, scalable infrastructure integrating traditional capital markets with blockchain networks
• Oversee technical security, smart contract architecture, and institutional-grade trading systems
• Manage technical teams, external developers, and research collaborations
• Establish R&D milestones, technical specifications, and product development frameworks
• Drive innovation and intellectual property development in AI and blockchain-based financial technologies

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Financial Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial technology, capital markets, digital assets, or technology-driven financial services
• Demonstrated experience designing or leading the development of fintech platforms, trading infrastructure, or AI-powered investment systems
• A strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance, smart contracts, and digital asset tokenization
• Experience in derivatives, quantitative trading, financial market infrastructure, and institutional investment systems
• A proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams and manage complex R&D projects

Nice to have

• A Master's degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field
• Experience developing AI-driven trading or investment intelligence platforms
• Knowledge of decentralized exchange architecture, perpetual futures, options, and liquidity protocols
• Experience integrating blockchain infrastructure with traditional financial systems
• Previous experience founding or scaling technology-driven financial platforms
