Chinese Community Manager - Web3 / DeFi / Blockchain

As a Chinese Community Manager at BNB Chain, you build and nurture relationships with influential voices in the blockchain and crypto communities globally, while managing media relations to enhance BNB Chain's brand presence. You drive brand awareness, community engagement, and ecosystem growth by collaborating with KOLs, influencers, media, and thought leaders in the Chinese crypto space.

What you'll do

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and community advocates in the Chinese crypto space
• Build and maintain strong connections with crypto and tech journalists, bloggers, and media outlets in Chinese media
• Coordinate Chinese media outreach, press releases, interviews, and media events to maximize positive coverage of BNB Chain
• Collaborate with marketing, community, and business development teams to align KOL and media activities with overall campaign goals
• Manage Chinese Twitter content creation, events, and promotional activities involving KOLs and media partners to maximize reach and impact
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and the media landscape to continuously expand BNB Chain's network and visibility

What you bring

• Proven experience managing KOLs, influencers, and media relations, preferably in blockchain, crypto, or tech industries
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills with both influencers and media professionals
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute engagement and media outreach plans
• Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, key community players, and the media landscape
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese to effectively support external communication in the region
