Client Platforms Engineer Intern - Summer 2027

As a Client Platforms Engineer Intern at DV Trading, you'll join our IT operations team for the summer of 2027. You'll assist in delivering excellent support to end-users, learning about IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing communication and problem-solving skills.

What you'll do

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support, logging and prioritizing user requests via phone, email, or in-person
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, managing desk setups, and handling application issues
• Resolve basic technical problems or escalate them to senior staff as needed
• Help maintain records of IT support activities and contribute to the knowledge base
• Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking
• Provide friendly and professional support to end-users

What you bring

• Expected graduation by Summer 2028
• A keen interest in technology and IT systems
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux), hardware, and software
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team

What we offer

• Hourly compensation of $40.00-$50.00 per hour
