Client Platforms Engineer Intern - Summer 2027

As a Client Platforms Engineer Intern at DV Trading, you'll assist our IT operations team in delivering support to end-users across a global trading firm. This summer internship offers hands-on experience with IT operations, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving in a fast-paced financial services environment.

What you'll do

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support, logging and prioritizing user requests via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot hardware issues, manage desk setups, and resolve application problems
• Resolve basic technical problems or escalate them to senior staff as needed
• Maintain records of IT support activities and contribute to the knowledge base
• Assist with IT asset management, including inventory tracking
• Provide friendly and professional support to end-users

What you bring

• Expected graduation by Summer 2028
• A keen interest in technology and IT systems
• Basic understanding of operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux, hardware, and software
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team

What we offer

• Compensation of $40.00-$50.00 per hour
