Client Services Associate – Crypto & OTC Trading

As a Client Services Associate at Veta Virtual, you support the day-to-day operations of an over-the-counter cryptocurrency trade desk. You are the trusted point of contact for clients executing trades by bank wire and ACH transfer, from first-time crypto buyers to experienced investors. You build relationships with prospective clients, onboard new ones, and deliver a white-glove service experience in a regulated fintech environment.

What you'll do

• Field inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective and current clients, and make outbound efforts to assist clients and promote services
• Apply company compliance policies and standard operating procedures to complete tasks accurately and effectively
• Partner with the compliance team to identify and report suspicious activity through internal reporting tickets
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and prospects
• Educate clients on platform basics, including wallet walkthroughs and cryptocurrency offerings, in clear terms that build understanding and trust
• Guide clients through executing crypto trades by bank wire and ACH transfer, ensuring a smooth and confident experience
• Track individual progress quarterly, including call quality, approved registration ratio, approved-to-trading ratio, and average trades per client

What you bring

• 3 or more years of experience in customer service or client relations
• Strong organizational skills and discipline to follow procedures precisely in a regulated environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of risk controls, policies, and procedures
• Creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to work with all levels of management
• Strong computer proficiency and the ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Current residence in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency
• Comfort and proficiency using AI tools to support client research and day-to-day productivity
• Experience with OTC trading, brokerage services, or financial product sales
• Familiarity with suspicious activity reporting, AML compliance, or regulatory monitoring in a financial services context
• Genuine passion for fintech, digital assets, and the future of financial technology
