COMSEC/Cryptographic Mod Partner Engagement and Mission Alignment-10

As a Partner Engagement and Mission Alignment specialist at Credence, you support Air Force Cryptographic Modernization efforts by identifying capability gaps, assessing vulnerabilities in COMSEC and cryptographic systems, and developing recommendations, requirements, and strategic plans for modernized solutions across air, ground, space, cyber, and weapons platforms. You contribute to roadmap development, architecture and requirements documentation, compliance tracking, fielding strategies, and leadership briefings related to enterprise cryptographic modernization.

What you'll do

• Participate in meetings, progress reviews, integrated teams, and working groups to advance cryptographic modernization initiatives.
• Draft, edit, and review correspondence and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
• Provide information management, records management, scheduling functions, and meeting and conference support.
• Prepare and deliver briefing and training materials.
• Liaise and coordinate with personnel at all levels inside and outside the organization.
• Monitor and communicate awareness of new and evolving requirements with recommendations for integration.
• Support planning, programming, tracking, and financial execution activities.
• Prepare information papers, point papers, background papers, and staff studies.
• Perform investigative analysis of current cryptographic modernization (CM) practices and provide recommendations to improve, streamline, and manage CM and sustainment efforts; draft point papers, roadmaps, and presentations for HAF A6 use aligned with senior leader and warfighter requirements.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on crypto implementation issues, including platform integration issues, impacts of decertification and replacement notices, fielding schedule impacts, and engagement with crypto stakeholders.
• Assist the SF S6 liaison with Crypto Modernization by conducting studies, analyzing data, and providing recommendations aligned with Strategic Cybersecurity Program (SCP) objectives and senior leader guidance.
• Assist the HAF A6 representative with assessments of existing and emerging radio and crypto devices against communication standards to ensure compliance and develop Sensitive but Unclassified guidance to reduce reliance on NSA High Assurance radio and cryptographic devices.

What you bring

• TS Clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility.
• Minimum of two years of advanced staff experience with planning, organizing, and negotiating effectively with cross-functional teams using existing Task Management Tools or other staff coordination standards, document reviews, program updates, and background papers to drive adoption of critical recommendations.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with strategic level NSA, DoD, and DAF security policies and procedures as they pertain to cryptographic and keying material, associated classification guides pertaining to cryptographic algorithms, equipment, and COMSEC keying material.
