Consultant Junior Blockchain & Crypto F/H

As a Junior Consultant in the Blockchain & Crypto team at KPMG Advisory, you join a fast-growing practice within a leading Big Four firm in France. The Blockchain & Crypto team is part of Strategy & Business Transformation (S&BT) and works with financial services actors, large enterprises, and crypto-native companies to define and implement their blockchain and crypto-asset strategies. You will work on strategic, regulatory, and technological challenges with direct access to decision-makers.

What you'll do

• Conduct strategic studies on Web3 use cases
• Contribute to defining operational models and support business leaders in implementing them
• Prepare for and participate in client workshops
• Produce deliverables including analysis notes, presentation materials, and strategic roadmaps
• Create educational content such as articles, posts, and newsletters
• Monitor Web3 technologies and market developments on an ongoing basis

What you bring

• A degree from a business school, engineering school, or university (Bac+5 equivalent)
• The ability to quickly grasp key technical concepts
• Strong understanding of and genuine interest in blockchain ecosystems, crypto-assets, and tokenisation, including business use cases, infrastructure, and market trends
• Good understanding of the financial and banking ecosystem
• Analytical mindset with fast, structured thinking and problem-solving orientation
• Excellent English and French, both written and spoken
• Independence, attention to detail, and reliability in managing assignments
