Consultant/Senior Consultant | Blockchain, Euro Digitale, Stablecoins(MI/RM)

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant at Be Management Consulting, you will guide and contribute to cutting-edge projects exploring how companies and institutions use new digital technologies, including blockchain, stablecoins, and the Digital Euro. You will work on forward-looking engagements alongside multidisciplinary teams and clients experimenting with new business models, processes, and digital solutions in financial services.

What you'll do

• Lead and contribute to projects that transform how organisations leverage blockchain, stablecoins, Digital Euro, and tokenisation technologies
• Work with multidisciplinary teams on client engagements exploring new digital business models and payment solutions
• Engage directly with senior management of prestigious banking and insurance clients

What you bring

• A degree in economics, engineering, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience on similar topics
• Curiosity and knowledge of blockchain, stablecoins, Digital Euro, tokenisation, and emerging digital ecosystems in financial services and payments
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
