Content Marketing Lead

As a Content Marketing Lead at TRM Labs, you produce flagship brand content that establishes TRM as the authority on modern crime and how it's fought. You create high-impact, globally relevant work with TRM's Insights, Policy, and leadership teams, own its distribution across owned and partner channels, and set quality standards that shape how content is produced across the organization.

What you'll do

• Create flagship content with TRM's Insights, Policy, leadership and subject matter expert teams that positions TRM as the authority on issues most relevant to your customers
• Own distribution for all content you produce, running TRM's owned channels directly and partnering with Demand Gen, Comms and other teams to amplify work through paid promotion, earned media, and executive voice, while also overseeing TRM's corporate social channels
• Own TRM's voice and tone by building the style guide, templates and AI workflows that help regional and demand marketers produce on-brand content, and provide final edit on high-visibility work
• Own TRM's blog and Resources hub, and work with technical and agency partners on SEO and GEO content strategy to produce content that moves search and AI-citation metrics on topics most relevant to TRM

What you bring

• 5+ years of B2B content marketing with a portfolio demonstrating flagship, point-of-view work, ideally with background in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, fintech or public-sector-facing work
• Strong editorial judgment and experience setting standards that other teams adopt
• An AI-native approach using AI across research, drafting, repurposing and optimization, with curiosity about new tooling
• A distribution mindset where you plan how a piece will reach its audience before publishing
• Experience working with SEO and GEO specialists and owning the performance of content you produce
• Strong writing ability to distill nuanced, technical topics for different audiences

What we offer

• Estimated base salary range of $140,000-$188,000 (US base salary; compensation varies by geography and qualifications)
• Eligibility to participate in TRM's equity plan
