Copywriter - Kraken Pro

As a Copywriter for Kraken Pro, you'll give voice to one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions. Kraken Pro is where serious traders gather, and your mission is to build a meaningful, engaged community by turning complex product features into copy that traders actually stop and read. You'll write fast, think sharp, and capture the ethos of trading culture across every touchpoint.

What you'll do

• Write copy that converts across campaigns, landing pages, emails, in-app experiences, paid ads, and social for Kraken Pro
• Capture the voice of trading culture, knowing when to be witty, direct, or let data speak for itself
• Shape the narrative for new product drops and feature releases, turning technical updates into clear, compelling stories
• Build and protect the Kraken Pro tone of voice across every touchpoint, from headlines to push notifications
• Collaborate at speed with Design, Product, Growth, and Social teams to brief, iterate, and ship copy
• Run copy experiments, track performance, and iterate based on data
• Partner with Legal and Communications to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms

What you bring

• A portfolio of copy you've written that moved people to act, whether for a brand, agency, or your own projects
• 3+ years in copywriting or content, ideally in fintech, crypto, or trading
• The ability to write fast and perform under pressure, without waiting for approval cycles
• High competency with AI tools to multiply your impact and meet demand
• Range as a writer across headlines, long-form, microcopy, scripts, threads, email flows, and taglines
• Editorial judgment, knowing when to cut a line as well as how to write one
• Deep familiarity with crypto and trading culture, and the language traders use
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• A creative, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate closely with designers, whether briefing the team, using Figma for copy placement, or mocking something up yourself
