Corporate Development & Investment Analyst

You will sit in the Corporate Development team, working directly with senior management on product analysis, investment and strategic partnerships globally for Crypto.com.

What you'll do

• Build the analytical backbone for senior management decisions: business cases, market and competitor intelligence, and build-vs-buy-vs-partner comparisons
• Identify strategic and financial investment opportunities and conduct due diligence on them
• Provide ongoing support to the Company's portfolio companies
• Originate, structure and help execute strategic partnerships and commercial arrangements
• Develop and defend a view on where crypto products are heading: trading venues and DeFi/on-chain, RWA and tokenization, prediction markets, stablecoins and payments, AI x crypto, and translate that view into concrete opportunities for the business
• Prepare materials for senior professionals to use in management discussions, client meetings and the firm's engagement with institutional investors
• Manage ongoing relationships with potential partners across crypto and traditional finance sectors
• Use AI tooling to compress the manual layer of the role: screening, data pulls, first-draft memos, portfolio and partner monitoring, recurring reporting, and convert one-off analyses into repeatable workflows the wider team can run
• Provide operational support with regards to daily operations and internal updates

What you bring

• 1-3 years of working experience in financial markets, with strong financial literacy and analytical skills
• Rigorous thinking about businesses and numbers
• Genuine interest in products, including spot/perps exchanges, RWA/tokenized-asset platforms, prediction markets, and AI
• Practical fluency with AI productivity tools: you use LLMs daily to research, draft, model and automate, and can point to work you have accelerated or built
• Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making
• Financial modelling capability
• Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills
• Solid, demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Comfort with light scripting in Python or similar
