Corporate Intelligence Analyst

As a Corporate Intelligence Analyst at CryptoMize, you work inside the intelligence cell that serves board-level and deal-room questions. This is a full-time, permanent position based at the New Delhi HQ, where you filter signal out of fragmented corporate data so companies can make decisions with confidence. You run corporate due diligence at engagement scale, turning scattered records into decision-ready pictures for clients across 18 countries.

What you'll do

• Run corporate due diligence investigations for client engagements, covering ownership structures, beneficiary trails, litigation history, regulatory exposure, and reputation surface
• Develop data models and reporting structures that turn scattered corporate records into decision-ready pictures, optimizing for statistical efficiency
• Identify trends and patterns across complex datasets, spotting shifts in filing behavior or supplier networks that clients have missed
• Research new ways of extracting decision value from corporate data and productize successful approaches into the cell's methodology
• Brief strategists and clients directly with argued positions grounded in your findings, not link dumps
• Coordinate the intelligence workflow between collection, analysis and delivery, assigning scoped duties to junior team members as engagement volume demands
• Operate across the 18-country footprint, running cross-border corporate checks where facts live in jurisdictions clients cannot reach alone
• Maintain quality assurance as a standing duty, building the audit trails that let any finding be reconstructed source by source on demand in front of a client
• Direct scoped duties to junior team members, review their output, and feed the intern-to-analyst pipeline

What you bring

• Demonstrated competence in corporate due diligence method, including registry records, filings, litigation databases, sanctions and watchlists
• Financial statement literacy-reading a balance sheet for what it hides as much as what it shows
• Analytical rigor to separate confirmed fact, inference and rumor explicitly in every deliverable
• Skill in data modeling and reporting design for decision-makers
• OSINT technique and structured collection from public and semi-public sources
• Pattern recognition across messy, multi-jurisdiction datasets
• Composure under pressure in deal-room environments with tight deadlines
• Written and verbal communication at board-briefing standard
• Knowledge of business regulation and policy environments across key markets
• Ability to direct scoped collection duties across junior staff
• Absolute discretion with client-confidential findings (non-negotiable)

Nice to have

• Experience with corporate registries and litigation databases such as MCA or OCCRP-style corpora
• Proficiency in Python or R for dataset assembly and pattern checks
• Familiarity with Maltego-class link-analysis tooling
• Experience with structured reporting templates featuring source grading and Git-reviewed analysis repositories
