Creative Project Manager (Freelance)

As a Creative Project Manager at Crypto.com, you'll coordinate and drive challenging projects to completion for the Growth Creative Team. You'll manage acquisition ads, CRM, and product launch projects, working across content creation, motion graphics, product design, and key visuals to maintain high quality standards. The role is remote-friendly and requires someone with deep understanding of various media forms and the ability to align creative work with strategic growth goals.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end project management, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  • Develop and maintain creative project timelines, setting clear goals and expectations for all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with channel managers to establish the creative analysis process and KPI adherence.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships and other Growth teams to align projects with strategic goals.
  • Implement project tracking and reporting mechanisms to improve team efficiency.
  • Maintain a healthy roster of external vendors while managing communication with them.
  • Manage creative resources efficiently and effectively as a gatekeeper of quality.
  • Maintain project documentation and file management.
  • Collaborate with global teams across different time zones when required.

What you bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management and related experience.
  • Strong project management skills: ability to multitask and manage multiple creative campaigns from ideation to execution while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across creative teams, Growth stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • A data-driven mindset: ability to analyze campaign performance, apply insights, conduct A/B testing, and optimize creative strategies.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy and processes, including familiarity with performance advertising, user behavior, social trends, and platform best practices, coupled with the ability to integrate data-driven insights into decision-making.
  • Agile project management skills: ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines while coordinating creative assets effectively across multiple channels, ensuring platform-specific requirements, brand consistency, and strong messaging.
  • A highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach, with strong attention to detail to ensure creative assets are error-free and optimized for each platform.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Airtable for efficient task allocation, resource management, and timely delivery.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT spaces.
  • Basic knowledge of industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
  • Digital advertising expertise: in-depth knowledge and understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, including their targeting options, ad formats, and optimization strategies.
