As a CRM Lifecycle Specialist at Ledger, you own the end-to-end execution of customer campaigns and programs across every stage of the user journey. You work within the CRM team and collaborate with stakeholders across product marketing, legal, and localisation to bring campaigns to life, using AI tools to speed up delivery and organising complex cross-team projects.
What you'll do
- Create, manage, analyse and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Own the end-to-end campaign and program build, initiating and managing cross-team collaboration on content creation, design, development, localisation, tracking and delivery
- Find ideas and solutions for automating, optimising and improving internal processes through routine analysis and actionable recommendations
- Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to build and deliver a high volume of campaigns
What you bring
- 2+ years of CRM or marketing automation experience
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Platforms such as Braze, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot
- Experience or understanding of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Gemini
- Highly proficient spoken and written English
Nice to have
- Demonstrable experience or interest in the crypto industry and/or FinTech
- Knowledge of SQL, Liquid Scripting, or prior experience working with code
