Crypto Business Development Manager

As a Crypto Business Development Manager at FinTop Consulting, you lead partnership and client growth initiatives across targeted MENA markets. This role expands the client's digital assets business, builds strategic relationships, and drives revenue and trading volume growth in the crypto industry.

What you'll do

• Drive revenue, trading volume, and active client growth for crypto products across targeted MENA countries
• Execute growth strategy via Introducing Brokers (IBs), strategic partners, and regional business development initiatives
• Identify and onboard new partnerships to expand presence in emerging crypto and digital asset markets
• Build and manage strong relationships with partners, leveraging existing networks to accelerate growth
• Stay ahead of regulatory developments and market trends in the crypto and digital assets space across the region
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver a seamless partner and client experience
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and commercial performance

What you bring

• 3-5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles within crypto, fintech, or trading (FX and CFD experience also considered)
• Strong understanding of the crypto and digital assets landscape, trends, and regulatory environment in MENA
• Proven track record of building and managing high-value partner relationships
• Existing network of contacts within the crypto and trading ecosystem
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment

• Arabic language skills
