Crypto Compliance Consultant - Financial Services

As a Managing Consultant (Crypto Compliance) at Capgemini, you lead MiCA implementation and embed enterprise-grade controls across onboarding, KYT, Travel Rule, chain analytics and reporting for financial institutions navigating digital assets. You turn regulation into operating reality, designing policies, processes and controls that scale while bridging TradFi standards with crypto innovation.

What you'll do

• Lead MiCA readiness and implementation, from policy to operating procedures and evidence packs
• Design and roll out KYT and Travel Rule controls, integrating chain analytics and case management
• Define risk taxonomy and token risk ratings, embedding model and rule governance and data controls
• Align onboarding, monitoring and reporting with existing risk, finance and treasury processes
• Manage third-party selection and vendor governance, driving continuous improvement
• Develop team capabilities and client relationships, identifying growth opportunities

What you bring

• A Master's degree and 4-7+ years of compliance experience with crypto, VASP or digital assets exposure
• Strong grasp of MiCA, AML/CFT for VASPs, KYT, Travel Rule and blockchain analytics
• Experience integrating crypto controls into enterprise environments (governance, risk, data, reporting)
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with confidence engaging regulators and senior stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset

• Compliance certifications such as CAMS or ICA
