Crypto Derivatives Structurer

As a Crypto Derivatives Structurer at HashKey Liquid Funds, you support the full lifecycle of structured products and derivatives in Hong Kong's crypto capital markets. You work across pricing, valuation, client relations, and new product design, partnering with sales, trading, finance, and operations to deliver innovative solutions for institutional clients.

What you'll do

• Support the pricing, valuation, and ongoing monitoring of structured products and open positions
• Prepare product term sheets and translate product specifications into internal product files for trade lifecycle monitoring
• Work closely with sales, trading, finance, operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth trade execution and product management
• Maintain product documentation and support post-trade monitoring and reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, working closely with the sales team to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Prepare marketing materials, product presentations, and client brochures for structured investment solutions
• Identify and originate new clients and business opportunities for the team
• Develop and design innovative products tailored to meet the evolving needs of clients
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product development
• Participate in process improvements, system enhancements, and ad hoc projects as assigned

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree
• Relevant experience in financial markets with exposure to structured products, derivatives, capital markets, or investment products, gained in investment banks or crypto organizations such as CEX or asset management firms
• Strong knowledge of derivatives and structured investment products, with experience in pricing and valuation highly preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to develop pricing models and generate trade ideas
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex financial concepts
• Fluency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, counterparties, and stakeholders across the region
