Crypto KOL BD (Japan)

As a Crypto KOL BD specialist at OrangeX, you identify and build relationships with local crypto influencers, communities, and marketing channels in Japan to drive user growth and trading volume. You work closely with operations to execute marketing campaigns and AMAs, maintain partner relationships, and feed market insights back to the product team.

What you'll do

• Identify and build relationships with local crypto KOLs, influencers, communities, and marketing channels to support user and trading volume growth
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and AMAs with the operations team to increase user engagement, trading volume, and local brand presence
• Maintain existing channel and KOL relationships and ensure sound communication between both parties based on business progress
• Monitor industry trends and deliver market feedback to the product team for continuous improvement

What you bring

• A diploma or above, with crypto exchange BD experience (crypto derivatives and futures trading BD is preferred)
• Fluency in Japanese and English to communicate effectively with local partners
• Understanding of local cryptocurrency policies and trends
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure

• Existing crypto derivatives channels or KOL relationships in the crypto industry
