Crypto KOL BD Manager – LATAM

As a Crypto KOL BD Manager at Ourbit Exchange, you develop and execute market growth strategies across LATAM, building relationships with key opinion leaders, affiliates, trading communities, and ecosystem partners to drive user acquisition and trading volume.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute market growth strategies across LATAM
• Build and manage relationships with KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, media, and ecosystem partners
• Identify new business opportunities and drive user acquisition and trading volume
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements from onboarding through long-term collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to execute regional campaigns
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events and strengthen regional presence

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in Growth, Partnerships, Business Development, or related roles
• Experience in the crypto, Web3, fintech, or digital asset industry
• A strong understanding of the LATAM crypto market and ecosystem
• An existing network of KOLs, affiliates, communities, or blockchain projects
• Professional English; Spanish or Portuguese fluency
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivation, results-driven mindset, and comfort working remotely
