As a Crypto KOL BD specialist at MEXC, you build and manage partnerships with local key opinion leaders and strategic partners in the Latam market. You represent MEXC, maintain long-term relationships with KOLs and marketing channels, and execute campaigns that drive measurable results.

What you'll do

• Build and manage partnerships with local KOLs and strategic partners in the Latam market
• Represent MEXC and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs and marketing channels
• Execute, track, and optimise KOL marketing campaigns to ensure strong ROI
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and turn insights into action

What you bring

• 1+ year of experience in BD, partnerships, or growth roles
• A solid understanding of the Latam crypto and fintech ecosystem
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A self-driven, results-oriented approach and comfort working independently
• Passion for blockchain, Web3, and digital assets
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and English
