Crypto Market Maker / Algorithmic Trader

39K Group is hiring crypto market makers and algorithmic traders for its market-making team. Based in Gurgaon, India, you will focus on algorithmic trading, liquidity provision, inventory management, and execution across crypto spot and perpetual markets.

What you'll do

• Trade across leading exchanges including Binance, Bybit, OKX, and Deribit
• Operate in BTC, ETH, altcoins, spot, perpetuals, and derivatives markets
• Execute trades on crypto/USDT, crypto/USDC, fiat/stablecoin pairs, and dollar stablecoin-based markets
• Deploy algorithmic, market-making, systematic, quantitative strategies with short holding periods and delta-neutral approaches
• Manage inventory and risk in fast-moving markets

What you bring

• A proven track record of profitability in crypto markets
• Strong understanding of spot, perpetuals, basis, funding, leverage, and risk management
• Experience managing inventory and risk in fast-moving markets
• Ability to make disciplined, data-driven trading decisions
• Prior exposure to market making, prop trading, HFT, or quantitative trading environments

Nice to have

• Demonstrable P&L performance
• Strong execution discipline and risk-adjusted returns
• Understanding of market microstructure, liquidity behavior, and order book dynamics
• Experience trading fiat/stablecoin and dollar stablecoin-based markets
• C++ development experience with HFT infrastructure, coupled with a passion to transition into trading
