Crypto Marketing Lead

As a Marketing Lead at 3Commas.io, you own the go-to-market execution for QuantPilot.com, a new agentic AI trading platform. You bring deep native experience in crypto and DeFi, move fast, and drive real momentum from day one with full ownership of the launch strategy.

What you'll do

• Own the complete marketing launch for QuantPilot.com end to end
• Develop and execute the full launch plan including growth tactics, content, social campaigns, KOL outreach, and announcements
• Build and activate the community, especially on Crypto Twitter, to generate organic buzz and conversation about the product
• Bring fresh ideas on what works in crypto marketing right now, not just execute a standard playbook
• Work directly with the QuantPilot product lead to translate technical AI trading features into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with traders
• Drive awareness and early user acquisition for the pre and post public launch of QuantPilot

• A strong track record in community building and generating organic buzz on Twitter and other crypto channels
• An execution-focused mindset with the ability to ship quickly and get things done
• Ability to quickly understand and run with a chosen narrative
• Comfort working independently while staying tightly aligned with a small core team
