• Drive initiatives to improve the scalability and efficiency of crypto operations
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in the crypto industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Proven track record of delivering results and managing projects in the crypto space
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Self-driven and reliable, able to work independently
