Crypto Operations / Treasury Specialist

As a Crypto Operations / Treasury Specialist at Innskill, you run day-to-day treasury operations across corporate exchange accounts and wallets, handling everything from KYB onboarding to multisig transactions and compliance documentation. You work for a cybersecurity company launching a dedicated crypto division, where accuracy, security, and regulatory adherence are non-negotiable.

What you'll do

• Manage corporate accounts on centralized exchanges: onboarding (KYB), limits, fees, and daily operations
• Execute conversions and fiat on/off-ramp operations per internal procedures
• Operate corporate wallets: multisig transactions, address whitelisting, counterparty verification
• Run daily reconciliations across exchanges, custodians, and wallets; produce clean operational reports for finance
• Maintain and improve security procedures: transaction approval policies, access management, address verification
• Support compliance: prepare documentation for AML/KYC requests from exchanges, custodians, and banking partners
• Monitor operational risks-anomalous activity, phishing attempts, fake "exchange support" contacts. As a cybersecurity company, you are expected to be the most paranoid person in the room

What you bring

• 2-4 years in treasury operations, crypto operations, or finance operations, ideally at an exchange, OTC desk, fintech, or fund
• Hands-on experience with corporate accounts on major CEXs such as Coinbase, Kraken, or Binance.US: KYB, sub-accounts, API keys
• A solid understanding of custody: multisig, hot/cold wallet architecture, transaction signing policies
• Extreme attention to detail: you verify addresses twice and never sign what you haven't checked
• A process-driven mindset: procedures, checklists, reporting. This is operations, not trading
• Authorization to work in the US and ability to overlap with US Eastern business hours

Nice to have

• Experience with custody providers such as Fireblocks, Anchorage, BitGo, or Safe
• Familiarity with US AML/KYC requirements for digital assets (FinCEN, state MTLs)
• Background in accounting or reconciliation at scale

• Base salary of $85,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience
