Crypto Trading Risk Manager

As a Crypto Trading Risk Manager at Grupo Dul-Cesar I.C.S.A, you monitor, measure, and control market, liquidity, and counterparty risk across our trading desks. You work closely with traders, quants, and management to keep trading within defined limits and protect the firm's capital.

What you'll do

• Monitor positions, PnL, leverage, margin, and liquidation risk across exchanges in real time
• Define, implement, and enforce risk limits including VaR, exposure, concentration, drawdown, and stop-loss thresholds
• Assess market, liquidity, counterparty, and exchange risk, including custody and settlement exposure
• Conduct stress tests and scenario analysis for extreme market events and de-pegging risks
• Review derivatives risk such as delta, gamma, and vega across venues and assess margin requirements
• Build dashboards and automated alerts for risk metrics and limit breaches
• Prepare daily and weekly risk reports for traders and senior management
• Support counterparty due diligence and exchange onboarding

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in risk management at a trading firm, hedge fund, bank, or crypto exchange
• Strong understanding of derivatives such as futures, perpetual swaps, and options, plus portfolio risk metrics
• Solid knowledge of crypto market structure, margining, funding rates, and liquidation mechanics
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for risk analytics and reporting

What we offer

• Base salary of $120,000-$200,000
