What you'll do

• Conduct market and competitive analysis on crypto and Web3 ventures
• Perform due diligence on project teams and tokenomics
• Monitor regulatory and macro trends affecting the crypto space
• Prepare investment memos and reports for internal stakeholders
• Track portfolio performance and identify new opportunities aligned with the company's strategic vision
• Translate complex crypto concepts into clear insights that support both investment decisions and educational content for the audience
• Collaborate with content, strategy, and finance teams to ensure analysis is accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational goals

What you bring

• Strong analytical and research skills, including experience with financial modeling, market analysis, and data interpretation in the crypto or fintech space
• A solid understanding of blockchain technology, crypto assets, DeFi, NFTs, and broader Web3 ecosystems, with the ability to explain technical topics in accessible language
• Experience in venture analysis, investment research, or related roles within finance, consulting, or technology, preferably involving digital assets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear reports, investment memos, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with high attention to detail
