As a Cryptocurrency Senior Operations Specialist at a leading digital currencies trading company headquartered in Singapore, you manage critical operations and finance functions across their trading platform. You handle trade validation, controls, position analysis, and P&L reporting for both DeFi and CeFi transactions, while building reporting tools and dashboards that drive business insights.

What you'll do

• Validate and confirm trades, and perform controls over operations
• Validate client positions and build P&L models
• Analyse book performance and produce daily P&L reports for both DeFi and CeFi transactions, checking and explaining discrepancies
• Build reporting tools and analytics reports about book performance
• Participate in projects to build dashboards and performance analysis tools

What you bring

• A middle office or finance background
• Ability to code and perform automation and analytics work, preferably in Python (basic coding, collating data from an API, building dashboards)
• Strong exposure to financial markets products, particularly high volume multi-asset derivatives trading
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving
• Proficiency in reporting languages
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Singapore citizenship or eligibility to work in Singapore
