As a Cryptography Lead Subject Matter Expert at RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES, you drive security initiatives and lead cryptographic solutions. You bring deep technical knowledge, hands-on experience in cryptography, and leadership abilities to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of digital assets.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and review cryptographic protocols and architecture
• Evaluate existing systems for vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
• Develop internal standards for secure data management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security best practices
• Document processes, findings, and recommendations clearly
• Mentor team members on advanced cryptographic techniques

What you bring

• Minimum 7 years of experience in applied cryptography or information security
• Proficiency in modern encryption algorithms, PKI, HSMs, and key management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading technical teams or projects
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
