Customer Experience Associate, Pathways - New Graduates

As a Customer Experience Associate in Robinhood's Pathways program, you join an entry-level cohort designed to launch your career in financial services. You'll build foundational knowledge, earn FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses to become a Registered Representative, and deliver exceptional customer support across chat, email, and phone channels. Starting in September 2026, this role offers both paid licensing preparation and hands-on training within a high-performing team committed to democratizing finance.

What you'll do

• Complete the 26-week CXR Pathway Program, which includes introduction to licensing with paid study time, foundational training, licensing completion, and Registered Representative training and proficiency
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences through chat, email, and phone channels
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and communicating better ways to serve customers, acting as the voice of the customer
• Develop proficiency in financial services concepts and grow your expertise across a range of financial topics

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree or experience working in the financial services industry
• Customer-facing experience that demonstrates your ability to support people effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to quickly defuse customer anxiety through exceptional customer service
• Comfort with a fast-paced, evolving environment and openness to coaching, feedback, and skill development
• Independent judgment, adaptability to new tasks, and the ability to prioritize in a multi-tasking environment
• Schedule flexibility to accommodate shift assignments that may include evenings and weekends as customer demand evolves
• Commitment and resilience to complete licensing and Registered Representative proficiency over 26 weeks

Nice to have

• An existing FINRA SIE license
• Experience in a customer support environment

About Robinhood

Robinhood is a financial services company on a mission to democratize finance for all. The role is based in Denver, CO or Westlake, TX with in-person attendance required 5 days per week during the 4-month onboarding period, and at least 3 days per week thereafter. This is a 24/7 service role.
