Customer Product Engineer

As a Customer Product Engineer at Alchemy, you work closely with customers on the Account Abstraction and Wallet Services products to ensure they get maximum value from the platform. You manage customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing success, resolve technical issues promptly, and feed customer insights directly into product decisions. This role bridges technical customer support and product strategy, ideal for someone with a technical background who wants to impact both customer outcomes and product direction.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on technical support within the Account Abstraction product vertical
• Deliver a stellar customer experience and build lasting relationships with complex stakeholders
• Scale support through internal tooling, runbooks, and contributions to developer experience improvements
• Understand customer needs, identify gaps, and determine which new features should be built
• Partner with internal product and engineering teams to drive long-term solutions informed by customer feedback
• Be the voice of customers, aggregating feedback and shaping it into product decisions
• Drive customer referrals and growth from your customer base

What you bring

• 1+ years of experience in a software development role
• A technical degree
• Experience and interest in Account Abstraction and Wallet Services
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent people skills to monitor and measure customer performance
• Interest in technology, blockchain, and crypto
