
As a Customer Success Manager at ComplyAdvantage, you will manage a portfolio of French-speaking customers through their entire lifecycle with our SaaS-based anti-money laundering platform. You'll be the trusted advisor and dedicated contact for your clients, helping them achieve their compliance and financial crime prevention goals while feeding customer insights back to our product team.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic French-speaking customers throughout the entire lifecycle, from onboarding and training to adoption and ongoing success
- Be the dedicated contact and own the overall relationship with your clients
- Ensure an implementation plan is in place for each new customer and take responsibility for successful onboarding, working with their technology, compliance, and risk teams
- Provide proactive support to clients by helping them increase adoption, improve utilization, and minimize churn while ensuring renewal
- Respond to client queries and coordinate across ComplyAdvantage teams to solve their problems
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities, expanding contract revenue in conjunction with the sales and account management team
- Shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback
- Support and drive new feature roll-outs, including training for customers and internal teams, drafting client communications, and creating supporting materials
- Contribute to market development work by collaborating with marketing on high-quality content and with the product team to define future requirements
- Function as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback on how ComplyAdvantage can better serve its customers
What you bring
- French language proficiency at a native or near-native level
- A passion for customer success, with a focus on helping them achieve positive business outcomes
- Comfort working with C-Suite stakeholders to understand their objectives and align our solutions to their needs
- Ability to handle objections politely and confidently, working collaboratively toward mutually beneficial outcomes
- An interest in technology and a basic understanding of APIs and cloud platforms
- Strong self-direction, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to execute independently
- Strong process management skills and the ability to manage a varied workload with multiple deadlines
- Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to coordinate across teams and build consensus
- Ideally 2-4 years in a similar or adjacent customer-facing role, with proven experience working with mid-market accounts in a B2B environment
- Ideally previous project management experience and experience working in a start-up
