Data Intelligence Manager

As a Data Intelligence Manager at CryptoMize, you run the data intelligence cell that converts platform data into client insight across all five domains. This is a full-time, permanent leadership position based at our New Delhi headquarters, managing the analysts and specialists who deliver decision-grade work. You own the cell's output, its people, and its standards, and you answer for every number the agency puts in front of a client.

What you'll do

• Run the data intelligence cell: staff engagements, set analytical standards, and carry final accountability for insight quality agency-wide
• Own the cell's delivery calendar, deciding which engagements get analytical capacity and managing resource conflicts when multiple clients need the same bench
• Review and sign off on all client-facing analytical products before they ship, acting as the final gate between confident conclusions and client delivery
• Grow the analysts through hiring, mentoring, and promotion decisions that shape the next generation of senior bench members
• Comprehend and interpret complex client documents including briefs, contracts, and board papers that govern engagements
• Respond effectively to sensitive issues: retracted datasets, challenged findings, and engagements in trouble
• Set the tooling and methodology agenda for what the cell standardizes on and what it experiments with next quarter
• Maintain the cell's method base so any deliverable can be re-run and defended line by line on demand in front of a client
• Forecast and prepare budgets, calculate resource plans, and solve the advanced problems of a growing, multi-industry practice

• Expert-level analytical and quantitative judgment with proven experience developing strategic solutions
• People leadership of technical analysts: hiring, coaching, and managing honest performance cases
• Advanced problem-solving across complex, ambiguous situations with multiple viable options
• Budget forecasting and resource planning capability for the cell's capacity
• Financial literacy sufficient to read client P&Ls and engagement economics
• Client-facing authority to present and defend the cell's work at principal level
• Writing quality control to produce reports and briefs that carry the house voice
• Methodology stewardship to keep the analytical standard uniform across analysts
• Calm judgment on sensitive issues under engagement pressure
• Cross-cell collaboration with platforms, strategy, and security leadership
• Discretion with NDA-grade client material (non-negotiable)
• Working proficiency in PostgreSQL and the analytics stack the cell runs on
• Experience with Python-based analytical workflows (pandas, statsmodels)
• Familiarity with Metabase or Grafana dashboard standards
• Experience with resource and capacity planning
• Comfort with Git-reviewed analytical repositories
