Data Product Manager

As a Data Product Manager at Bybit, you own the overall planning and strategic direction of core data platforms including an event tracking center, attribution platform, metadata management, and data warehouse portal. You manage the full lifecycle from user research and requirements design through resource coordination to delivery, working across a platform serving over 80 million users globally.

What you'll do

• Own the overall planning and strategic direction of core data platforms, managing the full lifecycle from user research and requirements design through resource coordination to project delivery
• Define and standardize end-to-end data collection solutions and establish Data Quality Control monitoring specifications and governance standards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the entire data pipeline
• Explore and implement AI applications within data platform products, driving intelligent platform upgrades such as smart data discovery, automated data governance, and AI-assisted analytics while integrating AI tools into daily workflows
• Lead the product-side implementation of regulatory data compliance by interpreting regulatory data requirements, translating compliance mandates into data definitions and metric specifications, and driving end-to-end delivery of data reporting projects
• Deeply engage with engineering, QA, upstream and downstream teams, and business units to coordinate cross-functional resources, drive infrastructure projects, and establish efficient collaboration mechanisms
• Lead platform promotion and operations by producing high-quality product documentation in English and Chinese, delivering product training and enablement sessions to business teams, and collecting feedback to drive continuous platform iteration

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Fluency in English and the ability to work in an English-speaking environment
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with machine learning models
• Excellent business analysis skills with sharp data insight and structured thinking
• 3+ years of product management experience
• Proven AI implementation experience, with familiarity of mainstream LLM capabilities and application patterns, and demonstrated success integrating AI into data products or workflows
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in finance or cryptocurrency, such as tax reporting data and transaction reporting, with experience interpreting regulatory requirements or delivering data reporting projects
• Strong communication skills with high business sensitivity and the ability to quickly grasp business context and bridge the gap between technology and business needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with self-driven initiative, systematic thinking, and strong product design logic
• Strong customer orientation and user empathy, able to evaluate products from the end-user perspective and resolve issues rapidly
• Strong cross-team coordination skills, resilience under pressure, proactive work ethic, and eagerness to take on challenges
