Data Solutions & Analytics Senior Analyst

As a Data Solutions & Analytics Senior Analyst at Robinhood, you'll help shape the future of our core platforms, products, and customer experiences. You'll join a high-performing team tackling some of fintech's most complex challenges, partnering with cross-functional leaders on strategic initiatives that span Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering. This role is based in Westlake, TX, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do

• Partner closely with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to understand business challenges and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark, and Airflow to automate critical processes such as key risk indicators, detective controls, risk alerts, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop solutions that leverage Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to streamline and optimize processes, driving innovation in operational workflows.
• Develop meaningful, user-friendly dashboards to monitor the health of products, systems, and business processes.
• Transform complex data into clear and insightful visualizations to inform partners and drive decision making.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights and inform data-driven strategies for mitigating risks and optimizing operational efficiencies.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, plus 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in the role or a related occupation.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark, and Airflow.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Experience performing exploratory data analysis and applying statistical analysis techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Ability to develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor product, system, and business process health.
• Experience translating complex datasets into clear, actionable visual outputs for ongoing monitoring.
• Experience developing automated solutions to optimize operational and compliance workflows.
• Experience applying large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI to automate and streamline processes.
• Background check required.
