Deal Desk Analyst

As a Deal Desk Analyst at TRM Labs, you own the operational layer that drives complex, high-stakes bids through to close. You join the Global Deal Desk, a small, detail-obsessed team that ensures TRM's AI-powered intelligence solutions meet the rigorous compliance, security, and procurement requirements of central banks, federal agencies, and global financial institutions. The work demands precision: holding entity and certification distinctions correctly under deadline, validating claims before they reach customers, and orchestrating a dozen concurrent submissions across procurement portals, compliance frameworks, and buyer questionnaires.

What you'll do

• Own live submissions from intake to upload across concurrent bids, managing submission calendars, clarification windows, Q&A deadlines, portal mechanics, and formatting to ensure nothing is lost to a cutoff, using AI-configured intake and tracking workflows to keep every deadline visible.
• Administer procurement portal registrations, credentials, two-factor authentication, and renewals across a large estate of buyer portals and framework registrations, held as a live registry.
• Route and unblock experts across Product, Security, Legal, Infrastructure, and Finance by identifying which claims need verification, keeping a live AI-supported view of ownership and deadlines, and escalating contractual, security, and data-residency flags to Legal and GRC while corrective action is still possible.
• Protect claim accuracy by giving everything a second read before it leaves, validating product, security, and compliance claims against canonical internal sources, holding entity and certification distinctions across TRM's US, UK, EU, and federal entities, and flagging content that is stale, contradictory, or unverifiable.
• Build the intake process and reusable answer library by producing supporting documentation (sole-source justifications, attestation letters, COI requests, reps and certs, vendor onboarding packets) and using AI to curate answers so the same question is never researched twice.

What you bring

• A track record owning complex written deliverables against hard external deadlines, from bid or tender operations, deal desk, sales operations, procurement, or GRC.
• Obsessive attention to detail at a level most people find excessive; you notice when a figure in paragraph 40 contradicts a figure in paragraph 4, and you fix it.
• The ability to hold a dozen concurrent workstreams with different owners, formats, and deadlines without dropping one.
• The credibility to get a busy engineer or lawyer to give you a clear answer, and to get one again the next time you ask.
• Genuine AI fluency: you build or configure intake, routing, and QA workflows with these tools, and you know which parts of the work a model should never own.
• Comfort with strong Excel and Word, whatever a buyer's portal puts in front of you, and AI-assisted drafting and review.

Nice to have

• Exposure to blockchain analytics, financial crime compliance, AML/CFT, or fintech.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701, Cyber Essentials Plus, FedRAMP, DORA, or GDPR.
• Experience with public-sector procurement frameworks such as G-Cloud, SAM.gov, or EU tender portals.
• Working knowledge of Notion, Asana, Slack, and Salesforce.
