DeFi Analyst and Educator

As a DeFi Analyst and Educator at Decentralized Masters, you join a fast-growing DeFi education platform that has empowered over 2,000 investors to break into the DeFi world. Working directly with the Director of Education, Product Manager, and other analysts and mentors, you'll lead live teaching sessions, support student success, create educational content, and conduct on-chain analysis to help our community understand and navigate decentralized finance.

What you'll do

• Lead 10 or more hour-long live sessions per week teaching DeFi concepts to students from beginner to advanced levels
• Take responsibility for supporting and tracking the success of approximately 400 students per 6-month cohort
• Explain complex DeFi and crypto concepts in simple, accessible language
• Create research reports on various crypto projects
• Write 2 short articles per week about DeFi, tools, projects, ecosystems and news
• Create video content and Loom recordings on various topics as needed
• Perform trading, technical, and on-chain analysis to evaluate investments and identify trading opportunities
• Share your knowledge of DeFi and crypto projects with the community

What you bring

• Experience leading education initiatives and programs
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Strong exposure in the DeFi community and an active social media presence
• Active user of DeFi platforms and protocols
• Comprehensive understanding of the crypto and blockchain space
• Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simplified manner
• Extreme open-mindedness to new ideas and a mindset of continuous learning
• Ability to work in either EST or APAC time zone
