DeFi Capital Formation & Business Development

As a Senior Capital Formation and Business Development lead at this London-based crypto-asset investment firm, you define and lead the go-to-market strategy spanning tier-1 institutional allocations and crypto-native distribution partners. The firm leverages a deep crypto network and proprietary data infrastructure across multiple strategies including Long Only, Delta Neutral, DeFi Yield, and Alpha Strategies, and partners with leading projects and blockchains to design DeFi ecosystems, provide on-chain risk curation, and offer vault management services.

What you'll do

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of institutional investors and multi-family offices, with an emphasis on tier-1 allocators
• Source and develop relationships with Layer 1 Foundations, DeFi/crypto/fintech distribution partners, custodians, exchanges, and crypto wallets
• Define, lead, and execute the firm's end-to-end business development strategy across both traditional finance and crypto-native channels

What you bring

• 5+ years of sales or capital formation experience in crypto or financial services, with meaningful seniority and a leadership track record
• A strong grasp of Decentralized Finance and how it operates
• A demonstrated ability to raise capital and close deals with institutional investors, family offices, or equivalent allocators through your own relationships and personal brand
• Experience working with or selling to crypto-native clients such as exchanges, custodians, Layer 1 Foundations, and fintechs
• Prior crypto fundraising experience and a genuine, demonstrable interest in the digital asset class
