Dermatologist

CryptoMize is hiring a Dermatologist for a full-time position based at our New Delhi headquarters on a rolling basis. This is not a clinic post. You will be a dedicated resource trained in-house on our methodologies and intelligence platforms, then deployed to support medical, clinical, pharmaceutical, healthcare and hospital client engagements. You bring your own dermatology expertise into a practice scope that no standalone clinic can offer, floating between clients as project needs demand.

What you'll do

• Provide skin consultations across medical client engagements, examining patients, screening for disease and assessing skin condition
• Incorporate each patient's medical history into every skin examination
• Prescribe medications to treat skin problems within the scope and protocols of each client engagement
• Perform minimally invasive surgical techniques on the skin, including grafts and laser treatments where the engagement calls for them
• Refer patients to advanced specialists when the presentation exceeds the engagement's scope
• Communicate with patients about their skin condition in language they can act on
• Operate as the dermatology authority inside a wider engagement, with your clinical read becoming part of what the client organization builds on
• Maintain documentation that allows any case to be reviewed to standard by the client's clinical governance
• Mentor medical interns attached to engagements and feed back what each client's environment needs

What you bring

• Clinical dermatology proficiency at consult-and-treat level
• Demonstrated skill in disease screening and skin condition assessment
• Ability to integrate medical history into examination
• Pharmacological management of skin conditions
• Minimally invasive surgical technique, including grafts and laser procedures
• Strong patient communication and compliance skills
• Sound referral judgment, recognizing what exceeds your scope
• Adaptability across different client settings, hospital, clinic and program environments
• Documentation discipline in multi-client practice
• Ability to collaborate with non-clinical program staff
• Patient confidentiality at institutional grade (non-negotiable)
