As a Blockchain Developer at X voyage Blockchain Technologies, you'll participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of decentralized applications and smart contract solutions, with a focus on real-world asset tokenization (RWA). You'll work in a hybrid role based in Monterrey, NLE, combining on-site and remote work, collaborating with technical teams to build secure and scalable blockchain infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Program back-end components and integrate services across different blockchain protocols
• Design and implement decentralized applications and smart contract solutions, including RWA tokenization
• Collaborate with technical teams to define secure and scalable architectures
• Analyze functional requirements and integrate services with blockchain protocols
• Write automated tests and review code to ensure quality and performance

What you bring

• Strong back-end development skills in Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages, including API design, database management, and Git version control
• Proven experience developing on the XRPL (Ripple network)
• Demonstrated experience in tokenomics development, security tokens, and utility tokens
• Blockchain and cryptocurrency knowledge with experience developing smart contracts and decentralized applications on networks such as XRPL, Ethereum, Solidity, or other EVM networks
• Applied cryptography fundamentals, including public and private keys, digital signatures, and security protocols for distributed applications
• Ability to work with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with strong communication in multidisciplinary teams and problem-solving orientation
• Ability to work effectively within a team

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud service integration and CI/CD tools
• Intermediate-level English
• Prior participation in open-source projects
