DevOps Engineer - Limassol, CY (Multichain Custody & Payments, Crypto)

Collect Group is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join the technology team and help build, maintain, and scale secure fintech infrastructure. In this role, you will improve system reliability, automate deployment processes, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure the performance and security of the platforms.

What you'll do

• Monitor system performance, availability, and security
• Improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and efficiency
• Manage Docker and Kubernetes environments and cloud services
• Implement monitoring, logging, backup, and disaster recovery processes
• Collaborate with developers, security, and product teams to optimize systems

What you bring

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation
• Understanding of security best practices and system monitoring
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced fintech environment

Nice to have

• Fintech or crypto experience
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools
